Asher Lev is the musical project of an expatriated Canadian named Devin Bustin hailing from the American cities of Cincinnati (home) and Chicago (art school). This review is an honour for me simply because I had the privilege of being a regular acquaintance of Devin while he still resided in the Newmarket, Ontario area. I was excited to get my hands on this recording; I have not seen or heard from Devin since our chance meeting at Cornerstone Festival a few years back. Either way, personal bias or not, I think this five-song recording, entitled Why the Hand Has Five Fingers; No More, No Less, is excellent. |

Dan says his goal in creating this album was to give everyone an opportunity to be captured again by who Jesus is. He says these songs are the soundtrack of his life, as a God-Chaser, and hopes as you listen they might somehow enrich your chase as well. |
