Noam Horowitz is a member of “Tor Hamidbar” association, a charity for creating social change and finding solutions for young people with a troubled background. Initially, Noam established two youth clubs, and afterwards he adopted a neglected building and turned it into a restaurant. Most of the workers at the restaurant are teenagers.
